Today I saw what had to have been he 50th response to the Forbes article that started this hash tag, and I had to wonder why. At what point does all the response get as ineffective as the article itself. Do people think Marks or the audience he wrote the post for are reading these responses? Is it some warped sense of duty that’s got every minority or white liberal with access to a keyboard & the web thinking they’ve got to be on record as having fired a shot in this battle? Or is it just pageview hungry editors cashing in on a hot topic before it gets cold?
Me thinks it must be the latter.
