Mario Armstrong Show Appearance
I met Mario Armstrong (pictured above) years ago at a NABJ conference and have stayed in touch with him ever since. Not like we’re on the phone every week, though there was a brief time when I worked at Interactive One, a Radio One company, and he was on a Radio One station, where we kept missing each other. But through twitter, his site and a bunch of mutual friends we’ve remained on one another’s radar over the years. We exchanged a few tweets about me appearing on his show this year and finally found the time to make it happen on August 23rd.
